Yorkshire’s Top Wedding Photographer Pete Bristo MBE Snap’s up the top award of Social Photographer of the year 2010 in the Region’s British Institute of Professional Photographers Annual Photographic Competition 2010 with a Stunning Studio Portrait of a Dog.
The Competition was judged 21st April 2010 at The Owl in Hambleton. Prizes were presented in the evening at the awards night. Competition was tough as the judges who are both Fellows of the Institue, David Macdonald from Ware & Mike Roper from Thurso, Scotland commented on how strong the regional talent was and how impressed they were with the standard of entries. It was a packed house for 10 categories to be awarded, out of each a Winner, Runner Up and merits were awarded.
Pete who’s Studio is based in Atwick near Hornsea with Wife Sheryl brought back the title for a 4th year out of 5, winning the sort after Traditional Wedding Photographer of the Year 2010. He also won Contemporary Wedding photographer of the year plus Studio Photographer and Fasion Photographer of the Year along with a couple of Runner Ups and a couple of Merits.
